In my project Gowsland I explore the polar sources of the ancient Iranian and ancient Indian epics and propose the concept of the cultural influence of the inhabitants of the Far North of the 3rd millennium BC on the ancient Indian and Iranian epics.
The project rethinks the Arctic theory of the origin of a significant part of Indo-European myths, taking into account known facts in the fields of linguistics, astronomy, physics and geography.
Legendary names such as Aryavarta, Meru, Sarasvati, Manasa, as well as Ariana Vaejo, Khara Berezaiti, Aredvi and Vourukasha, have real geographical prototypes.
An analysis of ancient Indian (in the main) and Iranian texts suggests places near which people lived who passed on their impressions to the Aryan priests (Indian Brahmans and Iranian Mobeds).
